Glasses for Wedding

I've been wearing glasses since I was 6.. yes, you read it right, SIX years old So for me, wearing my glasses is like breathing. Its the first thing i grab after waking up. then, its my phone :)

So, when we finally set our wedding date, my first thought was "Glasses or Lens?" You see, during my engagement, i was practically blind because i didn't put on my lenses before my make up.. so i only realized who i "salam" with up close! hehe

As i said earlier, after setting the date, i went to an optometrist for an opinion. Because i had astigmatism, i would have to order special lenses.. huhu... Anyway, i chose to wear lenses on my day, and i didn't regret my choices :)

But, for bride to be's who is still weighing whether to wear their glasses or lenses, here are some advices for you :)

1. If you think you can tolerate wearing the lenses for your ceremony and picture taking, wear them. But, if you aren't comfortable after a few hours, switch to your glasses immediately. A glasses-wearing bride is certainly better than a red, itchy teary eyed bride, right?
2. Always opt for a mult-icoated lenses. This way, the flashes won't create glare on your glasses.
3. Try to find a frame that compliments your bridal wear. Not all bride can pull the indie - wayfarer-like frame. One without a frame or something that is thin and discreet might a better option :)
4. Be confident! If you think you are gorgeous, everybody else will think of the same!

One More Day~~

1stly, EidMubarrak to readers semua... its been a hectic week for me.. yesterday managed to buy a new light fixture for my bedroom. the bed also arrived yesterday, and so did the curtain and Door curtain.. heh heh

my sisters are all here now! we're having our Raya breakfast together after a few years of not having everyone presence at the same time! huhu

what else, huh...

oh yeah, manage to do a quick mani+pedi session with my baby sis.. also went out to find a silver wedding shoe for my akad and bersanding session! the best part was, it was on sale and I bought them only at RM50! hehehe

Bigsis gave me a present for Wedding! i Got a MAC set that's worth the same price of an LCD TV! wah! thanks so much sis! looks like i'll never have to buy make up for a year now! hehehe

The mini pelamin is already up, can't wait to pasang my inai tonight.. Ooh, i better go.. my mom is bising already.. hehe

Cupcakes, Bedroom and Lunch

just came back from an outing with mom. our attempt to find cupcakes for the VIP failed. thank God babySis had connections. she found us the baker who was willing to make us those in less than 3 days.. hehe

as the Bedroom set couldn't make it today, I decided to go out and distribute some of the cards for my friends. can only deliver a few... biasalah, cuti semua cekgu ngelepar d pasar, sekpat d kepong, huhu...

later tonight, we were to meet with our OP for some final discussion, esp for our Outdoor session, which is gonna be held a day or 2 after Sanding.. huhu..

tired.. wanna be ready for dad to be coming home... till then~~

Monday Monday Monday

as it was a busy yesterday, i only had the chance to try out my wedding dress.. zipping up slowly, my heart was thumping.. what if i didn't fit them? huhu

but, as the fall on my body, Alhamdulillah they fit! hehe. it was only slightky hollow on my tummy and waist area. but then. i think its nothing that my mak andam couldn't fix! hehe

around noon, me and mom went out to pasar to find a place to book the curtain in the room. they can finish it by Thursday, yay! but then, tau2 je la harga dia charge kalau dah buat last2 minute ni.. huhu...

after a late lunch with mom, we proceed to sending some of the invitations to mom's colleague. my cards is all bundle up in my bag, so don't be surprise to find me walking around town with my extra large LV tote! hehehe

oh, wanna go to cuzzie's place kejap lagi.. he wanna see Beh to talk about the akad nikah session later.. hehehe

Busy Sunday

woke up late, my body is still sore.. hoho.. but then immediately had the realization that my wedding is less than a week away, stumble up from the bed and start taking out the clothes and bed from my room and transferred them to the next room.

looks like the bed is gonna be inherited by my sister.. hehe..

beh came a little after 2 where we went out to pick up our respective wedding outfits. then we were off to pick up the extra cards that he managed to order last minute and siap on saturday.. huhu..

then, off we went to the Bridal, where we had our final fitting.. huhu.. everything seems to be in a nice shape. then we went back home just in time to start with the painting.. haha.. everything is so last minute but then its starts to fall into place.. Alhamdullillah..

around 8, dad's siblings starts to arrive at home, along with some of our neighbors for the wedding details and flow of the majlis nanti.. alhamdulillah, everything also is ok..

now that i'm home, i can't describe how i feel.. i just want to get it over with.. :) tdo tdo tdo laaaa

woke up late today.. around 9-ish am.. my whole body is aching right now. dad even offered to buy Briyani lunch for us as i can't lift a finger to cook for him :( *tapi dapat pulak blogging? hehe*

Feeling a bit better after lunch though, managed to clear all my old files and notes from uni from my room. i even found the lov notes and scribbles that me and beh used to do during our courting days! hehe..

i can't believe am marrying the quiet boy that i used to taunt all the time during INSEP and even try to match up with one of the girls in the class! hehe..

Didn't find old pics of us, though.. i bet we would have look sooo much skinnier than today.. hehe

mom will be arriving tonight from PutraJaya.. Yay! so will be my Bunga Pahar n Doorgifts.. hehe.. Will be picking up my cards and Baju tomorrow instead.. am seriously to tired and sick to go out of the house.. huhu..

after being betrothed for 1 year, 1 month, 1 week and 1 week, it is finally about a week or so to my wedding!

Help!

i am being overwhelmed by work! just Finished wrapping gifts and certs for the kids today. then has a last minute rehearsal for tomorrow's graduation show and how to accept their gifts properly..

i am as busy as a bee, as tired as a dog and as sick as a girrafe.. huhu.. if i were to morph into the animals, i really don't want to be near myself! hehe

am going to the Dewan Suarah for a full dress rehearsal, and then off to the office for my 'Keputusan Tapisan Keselamatan' and later pay up my utility bills! OMG! i really need more than 24hours a day! huhu

on top of that, i have to move out of my house coz i dun wanna rent here anymore for next year. its gonna be too big *and expensive* to be living alone here. so i have to figure out how to pack all the stuff that i have and send them to a friends' house before Friday. and also how to disassemble my astro receiver.. hahaha.. padan muka, pindah lagi! hehe

belum lagi pikir pasal bilik pengantin, my baju akad, my insufficient wedding invitation, my henna design, my make up, my hair, my my my.....

i think i am gonna enrol into Lamaze class earlier than i should if its gonna be this busy all the time! huhu

didn't feel like updating, but then i just need to stretch my back and fingers a bit. i am actually very busy wrapping the kids gift for their graduation ceremony. ya, budak2 sekarang senang2 je nak pake topi segi mpat tuh hehe..

its halfway done only, need to pack another 8 plus 3 more for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

the pink thingy is my blinged stapler! hahaha

can't wait for it to be over with! next week is cuti~~ the month long cuti that i've been waiting since forever! hehe.. its gonna be a different one this time..

instead of staying at home with dad and waiting patiently for the office hours to end so that i can go ngedate with Beh, i am gonna be home waiting for Beh to come home from work, preparing DINNER and all! huhu..

thinking bout it making me feel nervous and all, but i am excited to be spending time with the one that i Lov so much for the rest of our lives! hehe..

OMG! i am going to be his WIFEY in less than 2 weeks! GASPS!

Just found out from HM today that i am going to attend a Kursus Prasekolah within 30th November to 7th December..

Back To reality..

Just came back from my hometown.. missed it already :( this time, i am all alone coz Bella dah polah cuti dikpun after PMR.. hahaha..

ok, my baju is settled.. so is his.. will be collecting them on the 22Nov.. 1 more months to go. can't wait.. hope its gonna fit me well too! hehehe..

my bedroom set is also settled! got it below our budget actually, so yay! will be delivered on the 23Nov.. will need to paint the room before decorating, though.. hehe

my cards are ready! mom is sending some to me here in qp.. just enough for the staffs here and for the HM.. :) I adore his card! sweeeeeeeettt~~~

what else? Hmm.. I LOV my New Necklace! turns out the surprise was for our 1year Engagement anniversary! thanks, Babe, no wonder I lov you so much! mwah!

hehe.. now that my kids are finished with their finals, i am now busy thinking about their end of year show during PrizeGiving ceremony.. huhu..

oh yeah... i just got the skinnies that i bought via OL.. i actually purchased the wrong size coz i wasn't really thinking at all.. guess what!? I fit into the 26 size! hohoho.. bes2.. and when i met wit a few all friends while outing wit Beh, they commented that i looked skinny! hohoho.. bes bes bes... can't wait to resume my program! chaiyok chaiyok.. only a month to go~~~ lalalala
