Best Hand Lotion

I must admit. Although i am now 28, i am still using Johnson's Baby Body Lotion for my hands. You can just say that i was quite addicted to the smell.. Hoho

Today, i found out that i don't have to apply my lotion secretly anymore! Hehe.. Introducing Vaseline Healthy Hand & Nail Moisturizing Hand Lotion!



The fact that it's pink and smell really nice is just an added bonus! And oh, it isn't too greasy at all! Perfect!

Baby are you down down down down down?

its Thursday already! which means only 3 days more of holiday before school started... Uhh.. I miss the kids, I just wish I don't have to leave Hubster to meet them... Haih..

Some would suggest, why wouldn't Hubster transferred to qp... hmm.. easier said than done... No such post for him there.. haih.. me, i would have to have the wedding Cert to sokong my application... huhu

BTW, i should be filling up the form now... The closing date will be 30th March.. Please pray hard for me so I can transfer there back to KaChing k? Amiiin....

Anyway, been enjoying being a full time Housewife this past couple of days.. Doing his laundry, preparing dinner, ironing his work clothes and even making up the bed every morning... Greeting him home from work, seeing him smile as i serve him his Orange Juice... this is life... :) i just wish i could do it more often.. haih..

Speaking of, i'm actually a bit down today... i need a perk up activity.. maybe i'll go cut my hair today, and buy some make up... i wanna learn how to this!

i think i look so different from all the occasion that my MUA dolled me...

akad - too dark to my liking... dah siap baru bleh tengok cermin... huhu horror kejap... huhu.. friends call this the Wan Sharmila look.. hahaha

purple sanding - i liked this one :).. my sis call them the Deja Moss look.. haha

my outdoor shoot make up.. i call them my amoi look! hehe

my bertandang make-up... yang tak tahannya, one of sister's biras call this the Fazura look! bluwek! sakit jantung Fazura baca.. hahahaha... tak sama langsung, okay! hahaha

GILA! hahahaha!

but i think he did a great job, no? hehe

of Facials and such

i've been planning to go back home probably towards the end of this month.. i need to jahit my baju nikah *lambat gila* and really chose my bedroom furniture for my bilik.. hehe..

dan sementelaah saya pulang ke rumah, i am also thinking of having a beauty and facial session at the spa with the FH :p but some of the webbies that i read thru just now wouldn't recommend doing the facials within weeks of the wedding day!

Start these visitations six months prior as well-and don't dare get a facial within ten days of your wedding.

now i am so confused and a bit taken aback :p.. i know both me and Beh needed some 'cleansing' and stripping on our faces.. huhu...

will anyone help me out? :(

anyway, here are guidelines for future bride-to-be's regarding on their Beautification process.. huhu


Treatment Timeline And Guide

6 months (or more) before the wedding day:

Referring specifically to facials - the skin should have been treated for 6 months before to get it ready for the wedding.

3 weeks before

Have a self tan trial (if you are having one) to check the colour and that the therapist is confident in what she is doing.

3 - 4 days before

Get those legs and other areas waxed.

2 - 3 days before

The tan before the wedding can be applied.


Day before

Manicures and pedicures definitely the day before to prevent chipping.


p/s: The real secret to great skin  is Water. Drink tons of H2O before and on your wedding day to make your face look dewy and radiant.

owh! i have been guilty of neglecting my weight loss challenge update! hehe.. ok, the truth was, i went home for the holidays weighing 46kgs.. 4 days of berbuka @ home, it went up to 48kgs! but thank fully, a week later a.k.a today, i am back to 47kgs.. hehe Yay!..

my sis complained that i might be looking bony or aneroxic if i ever wanted to be 42kgs.. hehe.. i DON'T wanna be skeletal on my wedding day! or worst, MALNOURISHED! *think skeletal with a large pot belly! eugh..*

but, i am hoping that i will atleast be at 45kgs on that day... i want my white Kurung Moden to fit me perfectly with him supersmart in his Baju melayu :)

speaking of which, I HAVEN'T send them over to the tailor's YET! hahaha! ngeri ah.. hehe.. October, cepat la datang.. hehe

remember my last post bout my open house tragedy? hmm.. apparently, i officially am losing a band size in the chest area :(  i am now a 70?.. hehe, takpayah la bagi cup kan? buat malu je.. hehe.. patut la longgar semacam jak sekarang.. sadly, none can be said bout my bum.. although my waist is @ 26inch now, i still have to buy 27inch pants.. kaki besau gedabak ah!

only a couple more months to go! chaiyok chaiyok to self! hehehe

One Step at a Time

my first step towards the big day.. hehe..


this is a big step for me. eversince i start wearing my glasses *i was 6 at that time* i never thought i'd ever thought of converting into contact lenses. the idea of poking my eyeballs were quite frightening to me.. heh
but, i have been toying with the idea of converting to lenses since i learn that there is a special lens that can cope with my Astigmatism.

so, here it goes :)

i was never a fan of lipsticks. i prefer to wear glosses :) i think its because I have this mindset since i was a girl that lipsticks are for Moms only.. hehe

the verdict:

1. lip bloom: limited edition, paler shade., can be used alone or wit lipstick and liner. stickyness: 3 out of 5
   
2. liplife : bolder colours, more shimmery. preferably use alone as it's quite thick.

of Haircuts and Hair-Do's

Beh's working today, even when he just arrived around midnite last nite! Kesiannya my Fiance.. anyway, while he worked, I went out on my own planning for a surprise for him.

I've been complaining so much on how much I wanted to chop my hair off and he just nods and nods giving approvals but refuses to drive me the salon.. So today I went on my own..
