Family planning is the planning of when to have children and the use of birth control and other techniques to implement such plans. Other techniques commonly used include sexuality education, prevention and management of sexually transmitted infections, pre-conception counseling and management, and infertility management.

Birth control is a regimen of one or more actions, devices, sexual practices, or medications followed in order to deliberately prevent or reduce the likelihood of pregnancy or childbirth. There are three main routes to preventing or ending pregnancy: the prevention of fertilization of the ovum by sperm cells, the prevention of implantation of the blastocyst, and the chemical or surgical induction of abortion of the developing embryo or, later,foetus. In common usage, term "contraception" is often used for both contraception and contragestion.

I think, the term "pregnancy planning" is kinda a taboo subject for the newly weds... why ah? is it true that newly weds aren't recommended on taking the Pills? Banyak lagik ilmu aku belom cukup ah!
